You may request to cancel an order by emailing maisonveras@outlook.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and contact details.
Before Dispatch
We will cancel an order where it has not been dispatched, prepared for delivery, custom-arranged or otherwise committed to our delivery process. Any eligible refund will be returned through the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider processing time.
After Dispatch or Delivery Arrangement
Once an item has been dispatched, handed to a carrier, or a delivery appointment has been arranged for a bulky item, the order cannot be cancelled as a standard cancellation. You may instead request assistance under our Refund and Returns Policy.
Changes to an Order
We will try to accommodate address or item changes before dispatch, but changes are not guaranteed and may affect delivery charges or timing.
This policy does not limit your rights where an item is supplied incorrectly, is damaged on arrival, or has another issue covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.
