MAISON VERAS wants you to receive the ordered item in good condition. If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact us promptly at maisonveras@outlook.com with your order number, description of the issue and clear photos where applicable.
Eligibility
Return requests are assessed case by case. To be eligible, items should be unused, unassembled, in their original condition and accompanied by original packaging, parts and proof of purchase, unless the issue is a verified delivery error, damage or defect.
Non-returnable Items
Items that have been used, assembled, altered, damaged after delivery, made to a customer specification, or returned without required parts or packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.
Return Costs and Refunds
Where the issue is caused by our error, verified damage or defect, we will explain the available remedy and any return collection arrangement. For change-of-mind requests, any approved return transport or handling cost may be borne by the customer. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
